Mezcal, Aperol and maraschino with lime. Orange, cherry and smoke.

Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozMezcal
- 22 ml¾ ozAperol
- 15 ml½ ozMaraschino liqueur
- 22 ml¾ ozFresh lime juice
Makes one drink, about 90 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: grapefruit twist.
