Mint, chocolate and cream, pale green. Like an after-dinner mint.

Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozGreen crème de menthe
- 30 ml1 ozWhite crème de cacao
- 30 ml1 ozDouble cream
Makes one drink, about 90 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: mint leaf.
