Kir Royale
Champagne with blackcurrant liqueur. Two ingredients, deep purple-pink.

- 15 ml½ ozCrème de cassis
- Top upTop upChampagne
Makes one drink, about 120 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the champagne flute in the freezer to chill.
- Pour everything except the champagne into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with the champagne and give it one gentle stir.
