Ingredients
- 100 ml3⅓ ozProsecco
- 20 ml⅔ ozElderflower liqueur
- SplashSplashSoda water
- A few leavesA few leavesMint leaves
Makes one drink, about 150 ml before ice.
Method
- Fill a wine glass with glass full of cubes. Add everything except the soda.
- Top with the soda and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: mint and lime.
