Cynar Spritz
A spritz made with artichoke amaro. Earthier and more bitter than Aperol.

Ingredients
- 90 ml3 ozProsecco
- 45 ml1½ ozCynar
- SplashSplashSoda water
Makes one drink, about 165 ml before ice.
Method
- Fill a wine glass with glass full of cubes. Add everything except the soda.
- Top with the soda and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: orange slice.
