A Negroni with prosecco instead of gin. Lighter and fizzy.

Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozCampari
- 30 ml1 ozSweet vermouth
- Top upTop upProsecco
Makes one drink, about 105 ml before ice.
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with one large cube. Add everything except the prosecco.
- Top with the prosecco and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: orange slice.
