Gin cocktails
Negroni
Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth. Bitter up front, then orange and red fruit, with a long dry finish.

Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozLondon dry gin
- 30 ml1 ozCampari
- 30 ml1 ozSweet vermouth
Makes one drink, about 90 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.
- Garnish: orange peel.
