Equal parts gin, sweet vermouth and green Chartreuse. Rich, herbal and strong.

Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozLondon dry gin
- 30 ml1 ozSweet vermouth
- 30 ml1 ozGreen Chartreuse
- 1 dash1 dashOrange bitters
Makes one drink, about 90 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: cherry.
