Gin cocktails
Vesper
Gin, vodka and Lillet, very cold. Strong and bone dry.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozLondon dry gin
- 15 ml½ ozVodka
- 7 ml¼ ozLillet Blanc
Makes one drink, about 65 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the martini glass in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the martini glass.
- Garnish: lemon peel.
