Tequila, pineapple and lime. Simple, fruity and easy to like.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozBlanco tequila
- 90 ml3 ozPineapple juice
- 15 ml½ ozFresh lime juice
Makes one drink, about 150 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: pineapple wedge.
