Porn Star Martini
Passion fruit and vanilla with vodka, served with a shot of prosecco.

Ingredients
- 40 ml1⅓ ozVodka
- 30 ml1 ozPassion fruit purée
- 15 ml½ ozVanilla syrup
- 15 ml½ ozFresh lime juice
Makes one drink, about 100 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: half a passion fruit, prosecco on the side.
