Vodka Gimlet
Vodka and lime, sweetened just enough. Cleaner and softer than the gin version.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozVodka
- 22 ml¾ ozFresh lime juice
- 15 ml½ ozSimple syrup (1:1)
Makes one drink, about 95 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: lime wheel.
