Sweet-sharp lemon in a sugar-rimmed glass. Tastes like a sherbet sweet.

Ingredients
- 45 ml1½ ozCitrus vodka
- 15 ml½ ozCointreau
- 25 ml¾ ozFresh lemon juice
- 15 ml½ ozSimple syrup (1:1)
Makes one drink, about 100 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the martini glass in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the martini glass.
- Garnish: sugar rim.
