Old Fashioned
Whiskey, a little sugar and bitters, stirred slowly. Simple and strong.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozBourbon
- 7 ml¼ ozRich demerara syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashes2 dashesAngostura bitters
- 1 dash1 dashOrange bitters
Makes one drink, about 65 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.
- Garnish: orange peel.
