A Manhattan made with Scotch. Malty and gently sweet.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozBlended Scotch
- 25 ml¾ ozSweet vermouth
- 2 dashes2 dashesAngostura bitters
Makes one drink, about 85 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds, until very cold.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: brandied cherry.
