Gin cocktails
Singapore Sling
Gin, cherry liqueur and pineapple with a little Bénédictine. Tall, pink and fruity, first poured at Raffles in Singapore.

Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozLondon dry gin
- 15 ml½ ozCherry Heering
- 8 ml¼ ozCointreau
- 8 ml¼ ozBénédictine
- 120 ml4 ozPineapple juice
- 15 ml½ ozFresh lime juice
- 10 ml⅓ ozGrenadine
- 1 dash1 dashAngostura bitters
Makes one drink, about 205 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a highball over glass full of cubes.
- Garnish: pineapple wedge and cherry.
