Gin cocktails
Sloe Gin Fizz
Plummy, tart and fizzy. Lower in alcohol than most gin drinks.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozSloe gin
- 20 ml⅔ ozFresh lemon juice
- 10 ml⅓ ozSimple syrup (1:1)
- Top upTop upSoda water
Makes one drink, about 140 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything except the soda to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a highball over glass full of cubes.
- Top with the soda and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: lemon wheel.
