Ingredients
- 30 ml1 ozAged rum
- 15 ml½ ozFresh lime juice
- 15 ml½ ozHoney syrup (3:1)
- Top upTop upChampagne
Makes one drink, about 120 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the champagne flute in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything except the champagne to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the champagne flute.
- Top with the champagne and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: lime twist.
