Gin Rickey
Gin, fresh lime and soda with no sugar at all. Tart, dry and very refreshing.

Ingredients
- 50 ml1⅔ ozLondon dry gin
- 15 ml½ ozFresh lime juice
- Top upTop upSoda water
Makes one drink, about 185 ml before ice.
Method
- Fill a highball with glass full of cubes. Add everything except the soda.
- Top with the soda and give it one gentle stir.
- Garnish: lime wedge.
