A whiskey sour with honey. Rich, tart and simple.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozBourbon
- 22 ml¾ ozFresh lemon juice
- 22 ml¾ ozHoney syrup (3:1)
Makes one drink, about 105 ml before ice.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large cube.
- Garnish: lemon wheel.
