Apple brandy, lemon and grenadine. Rosy pink and crisp.

Ingredients
- 60 ml2 ozApple brandy
- 22 ml¾ ozFresh lemon juice
- 15 ml½ ozGrenadine
Makes one drink, about 95 ml before ice.
Method
- Put the coupe in the freezer to chill.
- Add everything to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into the coupe.
- Garnish: apple slice.
